The Hotel and staff are absolutely wonderful, from the moment that we arrived, we were made to feel so special. Tracey greeted us and checked us in to a beautiful room. She took her time to explain about the local area and booked our trip to Halong Bay and the jeep tour for us I have never experienced customer service like this anywhere in the world, she is an absolute credit to the hotel. We absolutely love the beautiful decor and uniforms that the staff wear. Celine greeted us every morning at breakfast with her beautiful smile and could not do enough for us. Helen and Robert were also particularly helpful. I cannot recommend this absolutely gem of a hotel enough. We will be back. Thank you to all of the staff for making our first visit to Vietnam so wonderful xxx

The staff at the hotel were amazing. I was booked onto a week long tour but was delayed arriving due to some nonsense at the airline. As the tour was coming back here I booked a night personally while I waited for them. The team at the Le Jardin got me sorted right out which was so welcome after a three day ordeal trying to arrive. They put me in touch with my tour, upgraded my room so I didn't have to move (the tour company had booked a slightly cheaper room for me), and then directed me to where I could meet the group once they had arrived back in the city. Sebastian even personally annotated a map of a few things to do while I waited (including a handy currency conversion guide) which was extremely kind and very much appreciated.

We had a three day stay and we were in a classic room with two comfy twin beds. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. Breakfast buffet selection was great and you could also select from the al-a carte menu. Lunch and dinner in the dining room provided great choices as well two set menus to select from. Yum. The roof top garden was a great place to have a cooling drink with a great view of the West lake and the city. The staff throughout the hotel were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Alice, Sally and Emily in reception and waiter Dion. They were a credit to their profession and the hotel.

After a very long flight that included a stop over, I was delighted to be met by Tracey and Noom of Le Jardin Haute Couture who provided me with a complimentary drink and dessert, along with a package of information concerning my tour with Luxury Escapes, since I had arranged an extra day with pre-accomodation. And things only got better. The staff, whether Tracey, Noom, Sally, Alice or Hon went out of their way to make my short stay both enjoyable and memorable. A must mention is that I was thrilled to learn that the hotel also has a swimming pool, fitness centre and fantastic restaurant. Happy days!!!

Good and nice newly renovated hotel. We booked the suite and requested for a baby cot. Staff were really friendly explaining the city during our breakfast and helping us with Grab booking (language). Room is big. Breakfast is good; although we always order scrambled eggs or pho (both chicken and beef are available). Its a walking distance to the Ho Tay lake, Imperial Citadel with many eateries nearby. You could walk to the Hoan Kim or the night market area or its rather cheap to take a Grab. Swimming pool at the rooftop overlooking the lake!
